What to Expect :

 

  • Asanas practice - Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow

  • Pranayama or Breath-work focusing - a different kind everyday

  • Guided Meditation

  • Online Zoom sessions

  • 30 days validity

Monday - Friday - 6 am - 7 am ; 7.15 am - 8.15 am

Trial class - INR 500 per person - only 1 class

What will we need ?

A good wifi connection, a yoga mat, and comfortable clothing along with the determination to attend all the sessions.

How long are the sessions for ?

60 minutes.

What will each session cover?

Beginner friendly asanas, pranayama, and meditation

 

If we miss a session will it get compensated?

No. There are maximum designated classes and the validity is limited to 30 days.

Meditation and Pranayama Masterclass - 3 days

  • One on one meditation and pranayama class

  • 30 minutes each day

  • Different forms of Breathwork - Anulom Vilom, Sitkari, Sheetali, Brahmari will be taught and practiced all 3 days

  • Guided Meditation everyday to relax and calm the mind
