No Refund Policy:
Wellness By Divya does not provide refunds on advance payments or full payments made for bookings, classes, or events. All payments are final.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
In the event of cancellation, no monetary refund shall be issued. However, as a courtesy, I will offer the option to reschedule your session or booking to an alternate date. This is applicable to both sound yoga and face yoga offerings. Cancellation policy with respect to an escape will be mentioned in the event details
Rescheduling is subject to availability and will be determined based on my existing schedule.
Rescheduling Limitations:
Only one alternative date will be provided for rescheduling. If the alternative date is also missed or cancelled by the client, no further dates will be provided, and the amount paid will be forfeited.
Space Booking:
Clients are liable for any damages to equipment or premises incurred during their booked slot.
Bookings must conclude promptly as per the reserved time slot to accommodate subsequent reservations.
