6 Detox Drinks to boost immunity, fight air pollution and help to combat bloating

With the increase of pollution in the air mixed with an unhealthy lifestyle, our body has succumbed to constant deprivation of nutrients, feeling bloated and dull from inside. These easy to make, natural herb tea / detox water recipes will help to support your liver, skin & digestion and cleanse without stress.



Lemon Ginger, Honey and Turmeric water


Anti-inflammatory, immune-supportive, and a gentle kickstart to metabolism. It aids in digestion, throat and respiratory cure as well. Brew strands of ginger in warm water. Add 1/2 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp turmeric and squeeze 1 lemon in a cup and add the brewed water in the cup. Sip it anytime of the day.


Hibiscus Tea


Supports heart health, regulates blood pressure, rich in antioxidants, cooling for Pitta, great for skincare and a beautiful way to refresh your system. Brew hibiscus flower petals, natural leaves in a cup of water. It will turn into a beautiful pink/red in color.



Tulsi / Holy basil tea


The plant that is found in every household and considered a magic herb for stress relief, better gut, skincare , immunity boosting and to detoxify your liver naturally. Take natural tulsi leaves and brew them in warm water. You can also add chia seeds , sabja seeds (basil seeds) , put them in a carafe and sip through the day.


Cucumber , Mint and Chia seed water


Hydrating and alkaline solution in a glass. It is a natural source to refresh your skin and soothe your digestion. Cut 1/2 cucumber and infuse it in water for 15 mins by adding a few mint leaves and chia seeds. Sip through the day.



Cumin , Coriander and Fennel Tea


A magic herbal tea. Aids in weight management , reducing belly fat, cooling the digestive system and reduce bloating. Take 1/2 tsp of cumin (jeera), 1/2 tsp of coriander (dhaniya seeds), 1/2 tsp of Fennel (saunf) and brew them together in warm water. Sieve them in a cup and fill your carafe with the brewed water.



Giloy water


An Ayurvedic remedy — Giloy water helps strengthen the body’s natural defenses, reduce inflammation, and balance Pitta. Brew Giloy leaves or herbs in warm water for 10 minutes and sip it in the morning.


Cleansing doesn’t have to be complicated. Just brew, breathe, and let nature do the rest.
