The Beginning Of My Journey

Since I was a child, I was always attracted to wellness, meditation, spirituality and living a life that is with a purpose.

As years grew by, demands of society to survive continued with me gaining professional expertise in a corporate set up. Working for/with brands in revenue generation, partnering with them in strategic content and media led promotion plans.
However, I always found myself dwelling on my thoughts to build a life that I love for myself. A life that is soft, mindful, peaceful and most importantly, a life rooted in balance. A balance that helps in detaching oneself from the everyday stressors, negative environments , habits that do not serve us any meaning. A life which also entails in guiding, helping and in making an attempt to transform the lives of others.
And hence began the journey. A journey that started about 5-6 years ago where I was an active follower of wellness routines, indulging myself in common knowledge and practices that are shared by people across the world ; often distracted by the ways of life.
But here I’m , completely immersed in building a life I always wanted for myself.
Interestingly enough, this process has helped me too. The years of knowledge that I had pertaining to yoga , ayurveda and general wellness has only been enriched when I was mentored by professionals and their experiences. It aids me on a daily basis to learn, to grow, to adapt and at the end of the day - it helps me to sleep peacefully , think carefully and move with gratitude and mindfulness.
I hope I am able to make people adopt these modalities as a way of lifestyle.
A lifestyle that helps them in attaining a balance , a cool neutral and most importantly a lifestyle that rejuvenates their mind, body and soul.
Ending this piece with one of my favourite Japanese philosophies :
Kaizen (noun) - good change ; a continuous improvement
